Am I in your Wine Club already?
If you are a regular customer already in our database, this will not automatically roll you into our Wine Club. The Wine Club started on 14th June 2023, and to successfully join, you will need to fill in the form on our website or sign up on your next visit to the Cellar Door.
Are any of the old deals still relevant?
The 25% Wine Club discount supersedes all previous years’ discounts. Wine Club members will receive our highest discount – 25% off all orders with a minimum commitment of one dozen bottles every six months.
What if I want to buy more than one dozen wines every six months, and I am a Wine Club member?
When you purchase additional wine through the Cellar Door, we will apply your 25% discount to all full-priced wine (including museum stock, if available).
Will I be eligible to join the Club if I order half a dozen wines four times a year?
The Wine Club is set up for one dozen (12-bottle) wine purchases every six months only. Please get in touch with us at the Cellar Door for smaller purchases.
Does my Wine Club membership carry through into the next calendar year?
Yes. We will contact you every six months before each order to confirm your wine selection and delivery date.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Please contact us at the Cellar Door if you would like to pause or cancel your membership.
