This gorgeous sparkling Shiraz was produced using traditional methods. Rich, deep Heathcote Shiraz grapes were handpicked and fermented in new and old French and American barrels for 12 months before being tiraged.

Minimal sugar and yeast were added to produce a fine, delicate sparkling Shiraz. Dense dark cherry and raspberry flavours give this dazzling sparkling a sense of Christmas.
